Mass Effect 3: Eve of The War

I interrupted a late-night drinking-and-gaming session last night as soon as I became aware that the Mass Effect 3 reveal trailer was out in the wild.  To say that I've been looking forward to this moment is underselling it: I'm physically anxious about this game in a way that is, frankly, embarrassing. I had hoped to have grown out of this sort of thing - but, no. It's the series that sold this generation to me, that got me writing about games rather than simply thinking and talking about them. I couldn't be more excited, and I couldn't be more worried. It's going to be a long year.

Then, this occurred to me:
